L’importanza di investire sulla Generazione Z

The entrepreneurial growth of our country will be strongly influenced by the culture and experience of the new generations, and in particular by generation Z.

Generation Z is made up of all young people born after 1995 and who are now between 18 and 27 years old. This is the first "digital native" generation, which grew up together with the evolution of the internet and smartphones. These young people live symbiotically with technology and possess levels of training and soft skills often not found among colleagues of past generations. These skills are fundamental to face the challenges of the modern working world, increasingly focused on the digitalisation of processes, the acceleration of pace and opening up to a globalized market.

Thanks to the contribution of the new generations, Italian companies and organizations will be able to remain competitive on the international technological scene.

Free Mind Foundry, as representative of the group of companies that live there, strongly believes that the first investment should be made in human resources, offering growth opportunities in an innovative local and international context.
