In an ever-changing world, the key to staying ahead of the curve and progressing is treating talent as your most important asset.

Traditionally, academic institutions and higher education prioritize theoretical study, neglecting students' practical knowledge. As a result, the supply and demand for talent are disconnected, delaying the development of the sector. In this context, a long-term strategy that includes joint development between academic institutions and businesses is needed to efficiently align talent supply with demand, thus solving the talent shortage.

As the world's leading ICT solution provider, Huawei launched its ICT Academy in 2013, a non-profit school-enterprise cooperation project involving higher education institutions, with the aim of providing free cutting-edge training and bridging the talent gap.

Huawei aims to build a talent supply chain, covering the entire process of learning, certification and employment through cooperation between academic institutions and enterprises.

In addition to the provision of specialized training courses, Huawei ICT Academy organizes the ICT Industry Masterclasses, free webinars aimed at students from all over Europe with the aim of exploring trends relating to the ICT world. The Masterclass in Cloud Computing will start on July 30th, followed by Data Communication, Python Programming, Artificial Intelligence and 5G Technology. Some topics will be covered during several Masterclasses: click here to consult the complete calendar. Participation in the Masterclasses gives you the chance to win a voucher for the HCIA certification exam.

To take part in the Masterclasses, students will need to create their own personal ID and associate it with a training institution. As a Huawei ICT Academy accredited body, students will be able to associate their name with Free Mind Foundry Academy.

In addition to supporting the ICT Industry Masterclasses, FMF Academy is committed to providing specialized courses aimed at acquiring the skills contained in the Huawei HCIA Routing and Switching IT certification syllabus, through the use of teaching materials aligned with the most modern use-cases adopted on the market.
